Shipping & Delivery
We process orders daily so we are able to ship orders as quickly as possible. We ship by UPS and cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. We occasionally partial ship your order when some items are not available. The backordered items will ship as soon as merchandise is available, at no extra charge. You will be notified by email when your order ships as well as if any items will be backordered. In stock items will take an average of 3-10 business days for delivery, depending on destination.
Privacy & Security
J&R Clothing values our customers and respects your privacy. We do not sell, trade or otherwise use personal customer information. We retain email addresses to provide our customers with any new information about our store or website.
Returns & Replacements
Should you find the need to return items, J&R Clothing is happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within 60 days of receiving the merchandise. We accept merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags intact. We regret that we can not accept returns on special ordered items.

J&R Clothing accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) on our secured website. We also accept checks and money orders via the mail or inside the J&R Clothing store. When mailing a check or money order we must receive the payment before we can ship your items.
